Position Summary

Manage all technical aspects of conference management, department web site, student personnel and other duties related to customer service. Provide all aspects of the conference service function which serves the Washington University community and external clients.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Primary Administrator for conference software.
  • Manage, coordinate and provide operational functions for both internal and external conferences.
  • Manage, coordinate and provide operational functions for all individual housing registrations for various events as needed. Manage transition process including late stays and early arrivals.
  • Assist in the creation of building usage proposals and conduct site tours with interested parties.
  • Support the growth of the department by increasing revenues and providing meaningful positive financial results, after appropriate allocation of direct costs.
  • May hire, train, supervise/evaluate student workers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
