• <point>Close cooperation with our partners, working as a connection between our HQ teams and the local teams.</point>
• <point>Designing and executing strategies to increase driver engagement and retention.</point>
• <point>Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems and driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.</point>
• <point>Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.</point>
• <point>Training local operations teams, making sure that they have all the knowledge and tools in order to deliver the best results on local markets.</point>
• <point>Technical setup of our cities, including pricing, polygon mapping, pickup spots, airports and others.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have 4+ years of experience in Operations within the Ride-Hailing industry and/or 3+ years of experience in an Operations Management role with a strong analytical component.</point>
• <point>You possess a data-driven analytical mindset and skills, with advanced knowledge in Excel as a requirement.</point>
• <point>You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset, and you can examine data to optimise your team's activities and identify patterns and trends within the data.</point>
• <point>You have experience leading a team and a passion for developing people.</point>
• <point>You ideally have experience managing new product launches or market entry processes.</point>
• <point>You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.</point>
