JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1)  Submit the annual Federal Indirect Rate proposal each December.

2)  Facilitate the Payeeship team to ensure proper processing of check runs, budget submissions, ad hoc issues, etc.

3)  Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, semiannually or annual reports as required by funders, including federal, state and local agencies as assigned.

4)  Perform general ledger analysis as assigned by Assistant Controller or Regional Finance Officer. 

5)  Prepare, approve, and verify entries into the general ledger.

6)  Perform other closing tasks as assigned.  

7)  Prepare for and work with auditors as needed.  

8)  Perform AR analysis of assigned customers to ensure sub ledger balances to aging of invoices.

Job Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. 

Experience

Two years of general ledger accounting experience.  Prior budgeting experience preferred. Ability to analyze fiscal data.

Pay Range:

$67,610.00--$101,430.00
