What you will do   

Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites.  Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers.  Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.   

 

How you will do it   

  • Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.   

  • Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements. 

What we look for   

Required 

  • Mechanical/electrical background needed.

  • Can work with extinguishers, kitchen system and emergency/exit light inspections.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 

  • Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills 

  • PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications 

  • Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem 

  • Valid US drivers license

Preffered:

  • Someone within 50 miles of the Macon, GA area would be preferred.
