The Principle Product Marketing Manager, Commercial Mobility is a critical role reporting to CMT’s Director of Product Marketing. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy to shape and drive adoption of CMT’s Commercial Mobility product suite. You’ll inspire our customers, sales team, and partners with captivating content and tools, and help to evangelize Commercial Mobility product marketing programs and best practices across the organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research - Acquire and possess in-depth knowledge of the target markets for our Commercial Mobility product suite, including insurance and gig customer segments, buyer and user personas, competitors, and partners. Educate the company on market requirements, trends, and competitor capabilities across different regions and segments.
  • Positioning & Messaging - Develop the story of our Commercial Mobility solution in collaboration with our product team, and develop compelling positioning and differentiation. Understand our customers, identify their challenges, and articulate the value of our capabilities and solutions. Position CMT against competitors and ecosystem players globally.
  • Packaging & Pricing - Understand customer willingness to pay and develop pricing and packaging strategies for gig companies and commercial insurance segments in collaboration with our Commercial Mobility product team.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy - Define and own the go-to-market strategy and tactics for our Commercial Mobility solution that drives new customer pilots and adoption. Develop integrated marketing plans in collaboration with our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Sales Enablement - Create and deliver compelling sales programs, tools, and training. Design buyer enablement with prescriptive guidance for Commercial Mobility product and services purchases and implementation. Support sales and marketing as a subject matter expert at all phases of the buyer’s journey. 

Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years SaaS product marketing experience supporting high value, complex, enterprise sales
  • Track record of successfully launching and growing commercial automotive or insurance products
  • Experience and excellent in all of the responsibilities listed above
  • Verbal, written, storytelling, and visual communication prowess - you will be asked for samples
  • BA or BS degree (MBA preferred)
  • Based locally to Cambridge, MA with the ability to work in the office as needed (3x per week)
