Position Summary

***This position follows a hybrid working schedule of three days onsite per week in Woonsocket, RI***

The Service Operations Manager provides key management, subject matter expertise, and support in obtaining healthcare, pharmacy, and general business licenses across the enterprise.  This role interfaces and works collaboratively and strategically with management teams across all business segments (retail, mail and specialty pharmacy, retail store operations, and health care delivery operations) to support initiatives and business opportunities vital to growth and success of CVS Health.  The Manager supports the business strategies tied to Growing our Foundational Businesses and Creating New Sources of Value in Health Service and Care Delivery Channels and will manage and support the following areas:

Projects Tied to Growth and Optimization -  Managing and leading projects tied to pharmacy and healthcare enterprise initiatives and other business objectives, optimization efforts, and M&A activity. 

New Licenses for New and Relocated Facilities -  Obtaining new licenses for all required business (including alcohol) and health care licenses for existing lines of business throughout the enterprise. 

Remodeled Facilities and Consolidated Operations -  Modifications to existing licenses required in connection with remodeled, closed or refreshed existing  facilities across all business units throughout the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare, business, licensing, or related field.

3+ years of experience in project management in a regulatory environment.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications.

Preferred Qualifications
8+ years in healthcare, business, licensing or related field.

Education
Bachelor Degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
