Senior Patient Registrar – Outpatient Cardiology – Forest Hills

Join our team at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens and make a lasting impact on our diverse community. As a Senior Patient Registrar, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Outpatient Cardiology practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling diagnostic services (Echo, Stress testing, appointments)
  • Updating patient demographics and insurance information
  • Managing a high volume of inquiries and requests

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Flexibility to work a full time varied schedule (8:30 am - 7:00 pm, occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm) This practice is located at 112-05 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY 11375

Preferred Criteria

  • Fluency in Fluency in Chinese, Korean or Russian
  • Experience in high volume medical clinic / practice setting

Required Criteria

  • Knowledge of medical office setting and medical terminology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High school Diploma or GED.
