The Opportunity

The Channel Marketing and Communications Specialist position manages internal and external marketing communications, US based events/tradeshows, marketing analytics/metrics and general support of key marketing programs and initiatives across employer, reseller, and clinic channels.

The Channel Marketing and Communications Specialist will primarily oversee the organization and management of trade shows, ensuring that each event aligns with the company’s marketing strategies and business goals. This role involves coordinating all aspects of event planning, from booth design and setup to staff training and post-event analysis. Additionally, the specialist will support business-to-business (B2B) communications, developing and disseminating materials that enhance business relationships and facilitate effective communication channels with clients and partners. Lastly, the role will facilitate the ongoing capture and internal communication of marketing metrics. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

What You’ll Work On

  • Manages all US based events and tradeshows. 

  • Supports marketing communications to existing workplace customers.

  • Supports internal communications related to marketing activities such as launches, key initiatives, etc. Updates and maintains internal facing SharePoint site.

  • Facilitates the capture and communication of marketing metrics gathered across multiple tactics and platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a business role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects that require attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing events

  • Prior experience creating marketing copy

  • Self-motivated to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with healthcare or related industry

The base pay for this position is

$72,700.00 – $145,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
