Join our team! As a Sr. UX Designer, you will be part of a global interdisciplinary team of experts. About the role
In this opportunity as a Senior UX Designer, you will:

  • Research: You will ground our projects in contextual understanding of our end users, bring the voice of the customer to our projects and make them more successful.
  • Experiment: You will workshop, rapidly prototype and user-test new interface ideas.
  • Collaborate: Working on a collaborative cross-functional team, you will share information, value diverse ideas, and partner effectively with colleagues across the globe.
  • Deliver: You will be accountable for timely, well-managed deliverables.
  • Innovate: You will be empowered to try new approaches and learn new methodologies.
  • Inspire: You will be a proactive communicator who is excited to share your work. You will be articulate and compelling in describing ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.


About you
You are a fit for the role if you have:

  • A four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Fine Arts or equivalent work experience
  • A track record of professional design experience
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX Research methods to deliver insights
  • Expertise in planning and running Design Thinking workshops with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in rapid prototyping, wireframing, presentation and high-fidelity design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
  • Strong portfolio of work that illustrates your process, your level of craft and the results you have driven
  • Familiarity with Agile development
  • Confidence in working with strong, passionate, fast-paced team environment
  • Strong time-management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Graphic design skill
  • Animation or motion graphics skill
  • Familiarity with Data Science and AI concepts and terminology
  • Ability to code HTML / JS functional prototypes
