Peloton Interactive, Inc. seeks Staff Product Quality Manager in Woodinville, WA:

Job Duties:  Manage and deploy Quality plans within NPI. Coordinate the Product quality activities within the cross functional teams. Identify and collaborate developing risk assessment. Develop, analyze and drive Key Performance Indicators related to product quality. Monitor warranty, developing actionable items to reduce/eliminate incidents, report monthly trends and statistical predictions. Work with internal customers and partners to create, audit, and improve internal processes using data to make effective business decisions and improvements. Drive root cause identification activities to improve product quality through data analysis, corrective action and preventive measures with the team aboard and our manufacturing partners. Collaborate with customer experience and field operation teams for quality-related tasks, focusing on product improvement and customer satisfaction. Implement, coach and drive utilization of Quality tools within projects. Drive continuous improvement within manufacturing, design and business operations. Telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), (2) Failure Mode/Effects Analysis (FMEA), (3) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), (4) Six Sigma / Shainin, (5) Measurement System Analysis, (6) Process Capability Studies, (7) 3x5 Why, (8) Failure Tree Analysis, (9) Change Management, (10) Quality Functions. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
