Division Summary:
The Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division (CSD) is leading the global democratization of next-generation sequencing (NGS) to accelerate translational research and positive clinical outcomes. The division is positioned around three core pillars: oncology, reproductive health, and custom menu services. With easily adoptable end-to-end Ion Torrent sequencing technologies at the center of each pillar, we are driving NGS adoption where customers value rapid turnaround time, targeted menus, end-to-end workflow solutions, and actionable insights.
Position Summary
In this role, you will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for the Clinical NGS portfolio supporting life sciences research and regulated in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), including companion diagnostics (CDx). You will partner across Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, R&D, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure supply continuity, strengthen planning and inventory performance, and enable reliable customer delivery across a global network.
You will build and develop a high-performing team, establish a clear operating cadence, and improve the tools, data, and processes needed to make timely, fact-based decisions. This role supports an operating environment aligned to ISO 13485 requirements and helps drive consistent, compliant execution across internal and external partners.
This position will be site-based at one of our key locations, with travel up to 25% (including international), based on business needs.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Materials Management, or another related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of relevant supply chain management experience, with at least 7 years of people management experience. Specific experience in Materials Management and Planning.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $160,100.00–$240,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
