As our Site Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring proper planning and execution of E2E supply chain process at the site, including Logistics and warehousing services to provide excellent customer service by meeting the required lead-times.

You will be a key member of the Site Leadership Team and will be expected to play a full part in developing and executing the site strategy and the strategy of the functional area including identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance to EHS rules and appropriate management of all supply chain related processes on site, while coordinating those with Global partners.

  • Develop and propose Logistics and Supply chain long-term plan/strategy upon harmonization with the top management of the company, cooperating proactively to improve the status quo in the field of Employees safety, Quality and Operational productivity and sustainability.

  • Responsible for order book management: allocation process and activation of submission of samples and protocols, coordinate the supply activities until final release.

  • Responsible for the stock management of all incoming and produced materials.

  • Responsible for the provisioning of all directs components for the Site Manufacturing plan

  • Ensure the Long Range Planning process is converted into Site manufacturing plan to facilitate Manufacturing Execution and Site Targets achievements.

  • Provide reports, business analyses and information, escalation to Site and Global Leadership in timely manner

  • Monitor and improve the performance of the Warehouse and the SC organization by setting up KPIs, targets and objectives.

  • Responsible for the Learning process and the continuous development of the Warehouse and SC team

  • Identifiy the key areas for improvement, thus propose and implement continuous improvements, trough the partnership with OE team, develop and drive GPS projects in the supply chain function.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Finance

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics within pharmaceutical industry and GMP environment

  • 3-5 years of direct managerial/leadership experience leading teams within the field of supply chain

  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems in a regulated environment

  • Fluent in both Hungarian and English languages

  • Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Knowledge in aspects of vaccines/biological products preferred.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Passion for developing people and fostering a culture of inclusion and growth.
