The annual base salary for this position ranges from $199,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $471,100.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Director of Insider Threat to be responsible for the global strategy and execution of the Insider Threat program which protects Nike sensitive data and identifies and responds to out of policy behaviors. Our ideal candidate has experience building and leading cyber security teams.  We are looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and has experience delivering policy, processes, tools and technology at a global scale to a broad section of stakeholders at all levels in the organization.  

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

  • Cultivate a diverse high-performing team of enterprise-wide engaged leaders who will continue to evolve to address the information security needs of Nike

  • Lead the Insider Threat Operations, Data Protection Engineering, and Data Protection Analysis teams

  • Support ongoing development, growth and capability building of the team and leaders to ensure a strong bench and succession plans 

  • Create energy and enthusiasm at all levels of the organization to attract and retain top talent 

  • Enable strong partnerships within Global Technology, across Nike, including business stakeholders

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You will report to the Chief Information Security Officer and will lead the Insider Threat and Data Protection teams.  You will work with leadership in Corporate Information Security, Global Technology and Nike business teams.

You will report to the Vice President of Corporate Information Security, Risk & Compliance as part of the leadership team, and in addition to leading the Insider Threat and Data Protection teams, you will be expected to coordinate and collaborate on cross-functional strategies  You will work with leadership across Global Technology and NIKE Inc. to ensure that enterprise initiatives are designed and deployed with security in mind.

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • 15+ years’ work experience in a senior leadership role within an information security and risk management function, preferred

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, including substantial work in information strategy, insider threat, data protection, or similar function

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration

  • Multiple security certifications including CISSP, CISM, CISA

  • Strong understanding and alignment of global regulations, privacy and data protection laws, and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.  Able to communicate complex and technical issues effectively and concisely to executives 

  • Experience in facilitating Executive Leadership meetings, driving engagement and collaboration 

  • Impeccable high professional standards and expectations for self and others, and the voice to hold accountability for both

  • Professional demeanor to consult with and influence stakeholders with credibility, confidence, and a collaborative approach
