Primary Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing expense reports and check requests, using Chrome River.
- Attorney time entry and editing pre-bills.
- Creating, revising and formatting legal documents; creating mailing labels, binders and assisting with mailings.
- Entering contacts and maintaining electronic files; assist with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings; provide back-up coverage to the receptionist.
Qualifications:
- This position requires 1-3 years of professional experience.
- The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- The candidate must be a professional, organized, and a self-starter with the ability to interact with attorneys at all levels, staff and clients in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment.
- Candidates must have a high technical proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have an excellent eye for detail and strong time management skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
- Must also be able to handle confidential information with appropriate discretion.
- Be a team player and adapt to changing technologies and procedures.
- Professional demeanor in all situations.
