The role

You'll report to Partner Greg Midgley who heads up our commercial practice in Darwin and works closely with two Senior Associates across a diverse range of front-end matters.  Greg and his team assist clients with some of the Territory's highest profile projects and commercial matters. This role will see you involved in:  

• Diverse commercial matters across general commercial, property transactions and major project work
• Engaging with clients across various industries, being supported to grow your local profile
• Showcase your commercial experience and develop your drafting and transactional skills.
• Collaborate with a close-knit Darwin team, and work closely with CU's industry-leading teams nationally

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2-4 years post qualification experience from a reputable front-end practice
• Familiarity with property law transactions and PEXA (desired)
• A conscientious approach and strong academic results
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships

In addition to this, we're looking for a resilient, self-starter. Someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
