About the Role

Responsible for providing services to customers relating to areas such as sales, sales promotions, billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints

工作职责:

  • 据总公司及所在地监管要求,立足本机构消保与服务规划,全面落实本机构消费者权益保护制度,推动消费者权益保护各项工作的有序开展;开展投诉数据运行监测、统计分析工作,推动落实溯源整改;以全流程视角出发,不断增加服务效能,持续推动客户服务流程优化和体验提升;
  • 协调相关部门,组织开展本机构消费者宣传与培训工作,将教育宣传纳入与消费者有关的经营业务全流程工作体系;
  • 组织开展本机构消费者权益保护审查、内部考核等工作,协调配合监管机构及总公司对消费者权益保护工作的专项检查, 对于发现的问题与待改进点,协调跟进整改计划与方案
  • 结合分公司层面监管政策与服务承诺要求,承接总公司整体客户及营销员服务体系、管理目标和指标体系在机构的落地;全面负责本机构及辖区内的保险消费投诉管理、柜面建设和管理,各项客户服务和营销员服务工作的开展和服务标准的落地,受理、跟进和处理客户和营销员服务需求,落实风险管理要求及临柜资料收件及扫描归档,营收付费及协助新契约岗进行单证管理;组织实施各类对营销员的培训宣导(如早会、工作坊及其他培训等),传达总部政策要求;
  • 上级主管交办的其他工作。

任职要求:

  • 大学本科或以上学历。具有2年以上工作经验,保险、经济、法律等相关专业优先考虑
  • 认同公司企业文化
  • 具有团队合作精神,责任心强,工作积极主动,性格开朗,为人随和
  • 良好的沟通能力,清晰的文字及语言表达能力
  • 具有较强的写作能力
  • 具有创新思维,不断提出新服务举措较强的心理素质及自我心理调节能力,抗压能力强
