Who are we looking for:

The Regional Manager, Eastern US is an ambitious, well-rounded, and seasoned leader. They embody a commercial mindset, excellent analytical capabilities, and robust relationship-building skills. They are goal-oriented, and able to motivate and inspire others to optimize high quality output. The successful Regional Manager will drive rigor and discipline across teams, guiding them towards achieving the business's Key Performance Indicators, mainly managing the P&L for their market, driving teams leads to achieve incredible revenue growth and exceeding targets in each of their functions, all while leveraging the core values of the company to build an engaging and rewarding workplace environment. This role has high visibility within the broader organization and works frequently with senior leaders.

This role reports to the CEO of Lenus, and will interact closely with the rest of the Commercial Management team on operational initiatives that will drive overall revenue and growth in Lenus. The Regional Manager, Eastern US will be the direct line manager to all commercial Team Leads (KAM and Inbound Sales), as well as commercial individual contributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivates a high performance work culture by cascading uniform structure and discipline across all Eastern US teams
  • Sets clear expectations around team targets and uses data to inform daily operational decisions 
  • Coaches Team Leads on executing commercial change management initiatives (such as Zone models and BDR roll-outs)
  • Employs sharp strategic thinking skills that will enable the organization to scale in a market approaching a new level of maturation and “equilibrium”
  • Comfortable with independence and open to taking calculated risks
  • Quick to identify downward trends from week to week 
  • Manages the P&L for Eastern US, covering Miami and New York offices
  • Makes smart hiring decisions that boost Lenus' core values and work culture
  • Partners with cross-functional leaders, global colleagues, and Centers of Excellence to leverage valuable insights 
  • Outside of tactical execution, you’ll have a seat at the table in developing and testing new marketing strategies for coach acquisition and other exciting growth projects 
  • Builds psychological safety and keeps DEI top of mind

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience scaling a B2B or B2B2C startup in a high-growth and high-relationship environment, with a proven ability to scale a P&L profitably
  • At least 5+ years in a people management position 
  • Excellent sales, account management, and business development tactics 
  • Persuasive in both oral and written forms of communication
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Brings a mature and influential leadership presence to the North American market
  • Passionate about our mission to improve the health and lives of people across the globe
