As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Identity and Access Management (IAM), your primary responsibility will be to build and mature our IAM Program. You will coordinate and run impactful initiatives across engineering organizations, ensuring that complex multi-organization IAM solutions are tracked, measured, and delivered. You will leverage your expertise to streamline and improve IAM processes and metrics, playing a vital role in the team’s ability to make data-driven decisions.

You Will:

  • Lead the development and maturation of the Roblox’s IAM program, driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure successful delivery of complex IAM solutions across multiple teams.
  • Streamline IAM processes, improving efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Security, Information Security, and engineering teams across the company to align on security goals.
  • Define problem spaces, gather requirements, and drive execution of high-impact projects.
  • Manage dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Communicate program status and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience in building security programs. 
  • A technical background in Identity and Access Management
  • A proven track record of establishing and maintaining healthy partnerships across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Capability of establishing working relationships across diverse teams
  • Deep knowledge of common Identity and Access Management concepts such as AuthN/ AuthZ for both humans and workloads.
  • Experience with using a risk-based approach to prioritization

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
