ROLE

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR department based in Spain in various tasks, gaining valuable experience in onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and administrative functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR and develop a deep understanding of HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing the onboarding plan and coordinating orientation sessions.

• Assist with HR documents, such as employment contracts, benefits enrollment and payroll.

• Support in managing HR providers.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Manage employees' queries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.

• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master's degree in Human resources or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

• Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & SOFT SKILLS

• Strong interest in human resources and employee relations.

• Excellent interpersonal, written communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks.
