Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Office, Facilities and IT Management such as Mail processing, answering switchboard, Company emergency response contact, office supplies, badge systems, cleaning services etc.

  • Arranging office meetings/lunches

  • processing of purchase requests and invoices in Oracle for both Aberdeen Property Investors The Netherlands B.V. and abrdn Investments Ireland Limited, Netherlands Branch

  • Support all new employees and handling of employee departures

  • Point of contact for abrdn departments IT, Accounts Payable, Financial Control, HR and Benefits

  • Arrange all travel arrangements for directors and other members of the office

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Great attention to detail

  • To be Fluent in Dutch and English (verbally)

  • Financial Services/Investment background (Desirable)
