This role is part of the E.ON Next Planning & Performance Team and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play their part in helping us create experiences that our customers rave about.

The Performance Partner will join the Planning & Performance Team and will work in partnership with our Senior Operational Leaders and their teams, providing supplementary coaching to Operational Managers and Team Leaders to embed technical, leadership and coaching skills and, in turn, increase performance to enable them to make the best decisions.

As a Performance Partner, you will drive performance with exceptional trend reporting and insight, highlighting where more targeted needs may exist.

The role presents a great opportunity to develop your performance coaching skills further in E.ON Next by working across a number of different operational areas to help deliver the best possible service for our customers. You should already be confident in your ability to develop and embed a culture of open and constructive feedback to enable personal growth and development.

  • Leverage leadership and coaching skills to build trusted relationships and create a learning environment.
  • Collaborate with specialists to design effective coaching and development interventions.
  • Work with performance, planning, and data analysts to identify trends and shape impactful development strategies.
  • Provide leaders with trend reporting and insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Drive performance by coaching leaders on target setting, implementation, and performance management.
  • Foster continuous improvement and role model coaching standards to support positive change across the organization.

It would be great I you had

  • Experience coaching leaders to improve performance and connect outcomes to commercial results.
  • Strong background in working with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for clear articulation of ideas and insights.
  • Skilled in setting SMART goals to ensure progress and achievement.
  • Experience in operational management, Lean Six Sigma, and driving operational excellence.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools like Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends and root causes for improvement.

  • Location – Nottingham (Trinity House, 2 Burton St, Nottingham NG1 4BX), Leicester (Granite House, Watermead Business Park, Syston, LE7 1PF) or Bolton (Aspinall House, Aspinall Cl, Horwich, Bolton BL6 6QQ) with travel to our other sites when required.
  • Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working.
