What part will you play?

• GAF Energy is seeking an energetic professional and competent for the position of Associate Supply Chain Analyst who is well-organized and well-versed in supply management principles and practices.

• You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, and work with Finance, Manufacturing and Engineering on tasks related to data analysis, process improvement, communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will join an experienced and dedicated team that possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, critical thinking, and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

What will you do?

• Utilize analytical tools and software to extract meaningful insights from raw data.

• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.

• Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and suggest recommendations for enhanced efficiency.

• Work with team members to implement improvements and measure the impact on key metrics.

• Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Collaborate on negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluations to ensure a reliable supply chain.

• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of cross-functional initiatives.

• High energy/high sense of urgency/fast-paced and can think on his/her feet

• Comfortable working as a team player in a start-up environment where no job is too small

• B.S. Economics, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
