Role Summary/Purpose :

The WGS/WLS Finance Manager will support revenue, cost, and accounts receivable financial execution and tracking.  In this role you will be responsible for creating, simplifying, and managing cross functional processes to align business execution with financial reporting requirements. You will serve as the tie between the global WGS and local WLS operations and global services FP&A leaders to track financial performance by customer.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Partner with the operations team to drive operating performance, and ensure transactional accuracy of revenue, cost, and AR for each program
• Partner with global services FP&A leaders to create process for reporting and forecasting financials by customer for regular business reviews
• Support monthly and quarterly closes analyzing actuals vs estimates and booking manual journal entries
• Manage Intercompany profit and profit eliminations
• Assist in on-going oracle ERP migration initiatives
• Drive a mindset of process simplification, digitization and automation within the Services business and finance organizations through expanded use of Qlikview, Denodo, Power BI and other tools.

Qualifications/Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate business environment
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate, Identify, and resolve complex financial issues
• Experience managing through organizational change and transitions.
• Strong accounting and system knowledge with process management experience
