Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or a similar role.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Develops and implements detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinates with various departments to ensure that all resources are allocated effectively.
- Oversees, coaches, and fosters the growth of direct reports, while providing guidance and support to ensure tasks align with project goals.
- Identifies potential risks associated with project execution and develops strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Responds to and resolves escalated issues during or after implementation, while troubleshooting and recommending solutions to proposed challenges.
- Reports on the progress and performance of initiatives to the senior team and other stakeholders.
- Implements best practices and identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Solutions require analysis and investigation.
- Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
- Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
