HR Connects Advisor – HR Shared Services – Day Flex - Temporary

Jumpstart your career as a HR Connects Advisor, specializing in the new hire onboarding processes for one of New York City’s largest private employers.  You’ll guide our new employees through the onboarding experience with an emphasis on quality and service. In this role you’ll be responsible for accuracy and thoroughness of new hire documentation, ensuring compliance with all hospital, Joint Commission, Federal, State and regulatory agency guidelines.  In addition, you’ll master our case management platform, allowing you to provide a broad scope of services by phone, email, and chat to solve customer inquiries related to onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies.  Not to mention, you will also have the opportunity to assist other teams across HR Shared Services such as Benefits, Leave Management, or Workforce Administration as needed.  Step into a culture of high performance!

The hours for this position can vary between 8:00am - 6:00pm. This is a five day work week.

While this role is temporary, it will have full time weekly hours and has the ability to work remotely.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Previous human resources work and/or internship experience, but we are willing to train smart, enthusiastic, confident professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional experiences to amazing employees
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Associate’s degree
  • Commitment to contributing to a positive, respectful, and FUN work culture

  • Desire to interact with employees across the hospital

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
