What you'll do:
You will be part of the Finance Product team, supporting the PMO team responsible for all Finance product segments and pillars. Your primary role will involve tracking responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables. Additionally, as the Project Management/PMO Specialist, you will assist the leadership team in defining and ensuring adherence to the principles and practices used within Product and Engineering, adopting SAFe and Agile frameworks.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Management/PMO Specialist within the Finance Product team, you will support the PMO team with data analytics and tracking responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Project/Program Implementation: Understand business requirements and priorities to define an integrated plan for large-scale organizational programs.

  • Project Charter & Planning: Define the project charter, statement of work, module ownership, and performance baselines for all program modules. Build and maintain project timelines and roadmaps.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver complex programs, ensuring effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels, providing escalation management and making trade-offs as needed.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Interact with project sponsors, stakeholders, and various business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features, ensuring consistent and transparent status updates.

  • Best Practices Application: Apply best practices to the software development life cycle, coordinating implementations across teams with different approaches.

  • Tracking & Reporting: Track and report against project baselines and plans, ensuring all risks and issues are properly documented and managed.

  • Documentation & Logs: Maintain key project documentation, including project charters, risk/issue logs, change requests, key decision logs, and action item logs.

  • Presentation: Leadership presentation

Your qualifications shall include

  • Degree - Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management,

  • 2-3 years of Program Management experience in a related industry working on multiple projects. 

  • Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules.  

  • Experience in product/program/portfolio governance. 

  • Experience across the product development lifecycle.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must have experience with agile methodologies and practices 

  • Experience in budget/financial management. 

  • Experience working on Operational Excellence reporting and dashboard creation.

  • Strong experience in Project Management Information systems including but not limited to Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence. 

  • Preferably CSM/SAFe/PMP certified.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
