Your Role
As a Coordinator of international Marketing, you will support the International Marketing team's day-to-day functions; working with the Originals Marketing team to develop 360 global campaigns for HBO & Max Originals and extending them to all our third-party licensees worldwide. International Mktg is also responsible for guiding third-party licensees in developing localized campaign tactics to build global awareness for HBO and Max Original content.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Support the International Marketing Director and Manager in executing the legal approvals of localized campaigns for priority titles worldwide.
Work closely with the International Marketing Director on licensee Brand campaigns.
Liaise with WB Sales teams for updates on rights information and premiere dates for HBO and Max Originals.
Work cross functionally with Global Marketing Operations in organizing centralized shared folders with external clients.
Work with Legal in title translation process, including sending all marketing materials to Legal for approval.
Coordinate the promotions, events, and tactics (eg. social media filters, swag, playbook etc.) with relevant partners for all gold and platinum titles. Drive information sharing and approvals for bronze and silver titles.
Gather data for all platinum AV releases – ie: engagement stats, views, likes for teasers/trailers.
Distribute social media comms to clients for priority title campaigns & maintain external client distribution lists.
Organize all upcoming title information by pulling key dates from centralized operations database (Monday.com).
Organizes and coordinates team meetings both online and in-person conferences (LA, NY, and abroad) and supports marketing summits and client meetings.
Create and update internal documents including but not limited to: title slate deck, team assignments in Monday.com, distribution rights and ways of working deck
Coordinate global book cover reskins and tie-in agreements
Qualifications & Experience…
Minimum of 2 years marketing experience, preferably at a media or entertainment company or agency.
Proven ability to think creatively and multitask with speed and accuracy.
Ability to problem-solve and desire to wear many different hats.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders and levels.
Ability to learn rapidly changing streaming landscape.
Superior organizational skills.
A strong passion for pop culture and entertainment with their ear to the ground on new trends.
Demonstrates and has previous experience with deck building and execution.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Monday.com
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
Willingness to travel when needed.
Able to work overtime and weekends during our peak seasons

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,500.00 - $84,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
