This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a Senior Product Marketing Partnerships Director. The Senior Product Marketing Partnerships Director will be a dynamic leader responsible for developing and executing strategic partner-specific marketing initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of product marketing, partnership management, and the ability to create compelling collateral tailored to partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and an excellent communicator who can drive collaboration with Partner Marketing teams to enhance market presence and drive mutual success.
Job Duties:
Strategic Partner Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partner Marketing teams: Foster collaborative partnerships to align marketing strategies and objectives.
Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Partner-Specific Collateral Development
Create compelling partner-specific marketing materials: Develop and customize presentations, case studies, data sheets, and other collateral to meet the needs of specific partners.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment: Maintain brand integrity while tailoring messaging and materials to fit partner needs and market dynamics.
Leverage market insights: Utilize market research and competitive analysis to inform collateral development and ensure relevance and impact.
Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management
Engage with partner stakeholders: Build and nurture relationships with key partner contacts to ensure ongoing alignment and collaboration.
Facilitate regular communication and updates: Provide partners with regular updates on product developments, marketing initiatives, and performance metrics.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams: Coordinate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support for partner initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Track and report on partnership performance: Monitor the success of partner marketing initiatives and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Analyze and optimize strategies: Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance partner marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
Set and achieve KPIs: Establish key performance indicators for partner marketing efforts and drive the team to meet or exceed these goals.
Desired Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) or equivalent military and/or working experience
12+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or related roles.
Proven track record of successful partner marketing and relationship management.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $155,750 and $222,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
