Production Artist @ Midi Health: 👩‍⚕️💻

The Midi Health Production Artist will have a variety of responsibilities to support marketing strategies and initiatives as we work together to drive new patient acquisition and build a trusted and much-loved brand. We’re looking for a Production Artist with design and production experience, the ability to execute quickly but with attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for the Midi mission. They will work closely with designers, editors and other team members to ensure that projects meet high-quality standards and deadlines.

This job is “HOT”:  🔥 

• It’s a NEW position created to support our Marketing team and B2B Partnerships 
• Collaborate closely with designers and creative teams to contribute to innovative projects, bringing unique concepts to life while learning from experienced peers! 
• Work on a diverse portfolio of projects - from print materials to banners to digital content for websites and social media

Business impact- Not just surviving but thriving 📈  

• Produce, prepare and optimize assets for print and digital production, including banners, brochures, signages and assets for digital marketing and web
• Review design and carefully proofread to eliminate errors before final production
• Design and produce compelling, polished presentation decks 
• Optimize graphics for different formats and platforms, ensuring the best visual experience across all media
• Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless execution of design concepts while adhering to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with other teams to guarantee that the needs, design specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Organize and manage digital assets and maintain asset libraries
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in print and digital design

What you will need to succeed: 🌱

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital media, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in production artist role or similar position, preferably within marketing or advertising environment
• Strong eye in design, typography, color theory and composition
• Strong understanding of file formats, web standards, and digital optimization best practices
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and google slide, Canva experience (preferred), Figma experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Skill in data visualization/infographic and image editing is a plus
• Enthusiasm for the Midi mission
• Portfolio demonstrating skills

Midi Offers: 🎉

• Base pay of $55,000 - $65,000, dependent on experience
