As a proud, creatively led agency, it is the responsibility of the Droga5 Creative Department to find and maintain the voice and face of the brands we represent. Whether our technical skills are based in art direction, copywriting, design, experience design or technology, our currency is ideas.

The success of every Droga5 creative will always be tied to their ability to originate, craft and protect ground-breaking, industry-shaping, culture-shifting ideas.

Mid-level creatives are the rock of the agency. They are the basis of who we are and what we make. They are expected to produce a high volume of ideas that are buyable and appropriate for the client needs while still pushing the creative envelope.

Essential Functions

● Develop a lot of ideas in a short amount of time with the experience to refine and self-edit your work along the way

● Pull visual references and create comps quickly to translate ideas into compelling client presentations

● Establish art direction, style and tone for brand campaigns across all channels

● Be collaborative, passionate and creative and support diversity and inclusion efforts

● Contribute to all facets of production

Job Qualifications

● 2-3 years of agency or equivalent industry experience in digital, social, film and print media

● Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator

● Portfolio demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions that are extraordinary and memorable
