Includes resolving incidents and service request tickets while respecting established SLAs, creating and modifying tasks in Azure DevOps and Service Now, managing pipelines, monitoring applications

Skills:
Knowledge on IT Infrastructure, software and hardware integration, networking / connectivity between systems and testing.
Microsoft Azure Administration (intermediate)
Incident management, escalation, problem resolution.
Service Request Management, Change Management
Good English proficiency (C1 ideally).
ServiceNow or ticketing tool knowledge.

Shifting schedule: mid-shift: 11AM to 8PM, Monday to Friday. Let the candidate know that he might be asked to be on call only when we do not have available resources from PH and India."
