About the Role

Based in Vibrant Fitzroy, you will be supporting and developing the next generation of Mental Health Nurses! Your new position supports our newly qualified Graduate Nurses on the front line to translate their university studies in to everyday practice.

  • Direct, on the ground clinical support and supervision

  • Support the delivery of theoretical and practice study days alongside the Mental Health Education team

  • Monitor, develop and evaluate learners progress through written and practical assessments


Classifications for this position will range from RPN3 Y1-4 ($100,932 - $112,091.2)

Your Contribution

  • Current AHPRA Registration

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience within an acute adult mental health inpatient setting

Formal Education: 

  • Degree or postgraduate diploma in psychiatric/mental health nursing  

  • Completed or working towards a higher degree in nursing or relevant area (Desired)  

  • Completed or working towards a Certificate 4 Training and Assessment or equivalent
