As a Project Manager in Advanced Operations, you’ll lead high-impact engineering projects that bring new products and processes to life, optimize our supply chain, and strengthen Stryker’s global competitiveness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full project lifecycle — from initiation and planning to execution and delivery — ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.

  • Lead New Product, Process, and Technology implementations while managing capital and expense budgets.

  • Collaborate across Product Development, Advanced Technology, Global Marketing, and Manufacturing Operations to integrate new processes and optimize production flow.

  • Drive accountability through clear project plans, progress tracking, and risk management.

  • Build and manage relationships with external contractors to ensure quality service delivery.

  • Coach, guide, and evaluate project team members, including external SMEs as needed.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical or project management role.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in New Product Introduction within a regulated industry (FDA preferred).

  • Familiarity with GD&T, process mapping, statistical methods, and validation.

  • Strong skills in MS Project, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

$77,200-$123,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
