This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Our Employee Productivity team ensures stable and secure platforms for all GoDaddy employees. Meaning our employees are able to connect and work from anywhere globally. We join forces with our peers in our CTO SME, Communications, and GET Help teams to analyze performance and support these environments, including but not limited to, Slack, Atlassian products, M365 products, and other productivity tools and integrations to these tools.

We strive to uncover areas of opportunity through an analysis of the customer experience. This includes key performance indicators, infrastructure, and configuration. This position will apply those findings to uncover the root causes of issues or concerns and produce solutions to improve efficiency for our GoDaddy Employees.

What you'll get to do...

  • Configure, and maintain software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications or platforms associated with the collaboration software
  • Can perform basic or sophisticated configuration, operations, setup, and updating of SaaS platforms
  • Review applications release notes and bring new features' functionality to the team for review
  • Maintain support queues and knowledge articles related to supported platforms
  • Work with M&A teams on migrations of collaboration tools
  • Translate and match collaborator and business requirements to Enterprise platform capabilities. Sets up user accesses and trains users on the application where applicable
  • Recommend and implements changes in application development, configuration, maintenance, and system standards

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years of proven experience configuring SaaS Platforms
  • 3 + years supporting collaboration tools
  • Strong critical, analytical, and investigative skills; ability to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
  • Proven track record to tell stories through data
  • Ability to run multiple tasks and people in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

You might also have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Data/IT-related field, such as Data Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics, etc., or equivalent work experience
  • MBA Preferred
