For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the

Marketing Content Intern role.

Your role

Marketing Content Intern will be supporting the Pitching Transformation Programme, a strategic initiative for the firm. This is a great opportunity to learn about business development and marketing in the legal industry. The focus of the role is to support the accuracy of credentials used in pitching.

This role involves:

  • Review credentials entries for accuracy, completeness and consistency with supporting documentation.

  • Cross-check matter details (such as client names, jurisdictions, deal values, dates and legal teams) between source documents and database records.

  • Report discrepancies, unclear entries or missing information to team.

  • Assist in updating and amending records in accordance with quality standards and data governance policies.

  • Manually upload credentials records to IT systems.

  • Support ad hoc data cleansing and data integrity initiatives as requested.

Your experience

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
