Join Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Division) as a Protégé Trainee!

We are hiring three Protégé Trainees, each assigned to one of our key therapeutic teams: Neuroscience, Oncology, and Immunology. This dynamic 12-month development program is designed to build foundational skills in Sales & Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Each trainee will gain hands-on experience, collaborate across functions, and prepare for a future career in healthcare sales and marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring prompt and professional customer service.
• Manage and raise medical enquiries from customers to the internal medical team, ensuring timely resolution.
• Generate and distribute daily and monthly sales reports to relevant partners.
• Support the submission, review, and approval process for promotional materials.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide operational support for marketing activities, events, and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing operations.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex information effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated great teammate with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
