PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Working as part of a team, this role is responsible to support and maintain the Global HR Project & Initiative Portfolio as well as Global HR Multi-Year Road map. In partnership with other Key stakeholders ensures HR Projects submitted via the Global HR intake process have been appropriately vetted and validated against common framework. Manages Global HRLT Portfolio review and approval process.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains portfolio of Global HR Change requests, Initiatives, and Projects throughout various stages from concept to completion.
  • Ensures that appropriate validation has happened through Global HR Intake and documentation received
  • Partners with HR COE and HR BP teams to ensure individually tracked portfolios roll up to Global Tracking.
  • Partners where appropriate with DTI HR Partners to facilitate HR Technical change request process to ensure accurate status and inclusion of Global HR Portfolio where necessary.
  • Maintains multi year Global HR Road map, partnering with HR COE’s and HR Technology to keep all facets up to date and accurate.
  • Uses technology to assist in summarizing and storytelling of HR Portfolio and Roadmap, streamlining framework, processes, and ensuring information accuracy.
  • Ensures defined governance process for intake, approval and prioritization of HR Initiatives and Projects is adhered to. Facilitating this process where appropriate, escalating when needed.
  • Partners with members of HR Operations excellences teams on relationship management or internal HR Shared Services Initiatives where needed.
  • Follows implementation of approved and prioritized HR Initiatives for appropriate status.
  • Support development of communication methodologies, metrics and continuous improvement as it relates to the HR Portfolio and Roadmap.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • When required to report to a Fresenius office for in-person meetings, the Lexington, MA location will usually be selected

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: 
•    8 – 12 years’ experience in Human Resources and /or Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    Experience with Portfolio and Project Management tools and best practices, Smartsheet & JIRA experience a plus.
•    Experience with indirect people management desired.
•    Ability to manage through influencing others.
•    Demonstrate initiative; results oriented; strong sense of urgency.
•    Strong analytical, planning, organization and time management skills.
•    Excellent communication and written skills required.
•    Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Experience with Workday a plus.
