The Ops Support Analyst Core HR Delivery Partner is an intermediate level position responsible for supporting the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Core Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, identify issues and recommend solutions.  
  • Utilize HR knowledge to assist with identifying/resolving issues in accordance with Citi standards and practices.  
  • Monitor Citi Sponsored & Non-Citi Sponsored visa/work permit holders, I-9 Reverifications, upcoming expiry notifications
  • Educate employees on how to efficiently utilize self-service tools through direct access channels.   
  • Resolve employee concerns timely and accurately by providing real-time counsel in addressing employee and organizational issues and enhancing managerial/Leadership effectiveness. 
  • Ensure escalated client/employee stakeholder's issues are resolved with urgency and deliver services with a process improvement mindset to increase effectiveness and efficiency.  
  • Use judgement and initiative to address and/or escalate requests in a timely manner.  
  • Ensure consistent application of team process controls and adherence to standard operating procedures. 
  • Assist with the management of all HR issues related to employees and provide advice and guidance on Citi policy and procedures.  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on HR priorities to ensure delivery of services.
  • Identify issue trends and provide to management for solutions.
  • Drive consistency and quality in the processes and interfaces. 
  • May support process and training documents to reflect enhancements and process changes.  
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.  

Qualifications:

•            0-2 years relevant experience

•            Proficient in Microsoft Office

•            Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

•            Self-motivated and detail oriented

•            Proven organization and time management skills

•            Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

•            Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills"

Education:

•            Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$49,010.00 - $68,390.00
