Location: On Site Mountain View, CA

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our rapidly growing company. This role reports directly to the Head of Operations and Total Rewards. You will be responsible for helping to analyze and administer employee compensation programs and plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This position requires a strong analytical mind, attention to detail, responsiveness, a good understanding of compensation practices and principles and a willingness to learn.

We are a highly collaborative People Team where everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves and help each other out wherever and whenever necessary. Your seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help with administration and delivery of our bi-yearly performance cycle
  • Help ensure fairness and consistency
  • Build programs that scale as we grow
  • Address and resolve compensation related issues
  • Ensure accuracy and on time delivery of compensation plans and programs
  • Help to maintain, support develop and build new programs and plans
  • Modeling 

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis desired but not required
  • Experience with compensation tools and software
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • High degree of flexibility, extremely organized, detail oriented and responsive
  • Experience with Workday a plus
