As a Conference Center Manager, you will elevate our event and guest experience at Stand Together’s headquarters in Ballston Exchange, Arlington, Virginia. You will bring a strategic approach to managing our state-of-the-art conference center and be a pivotal figure in delivering high-impact, memorable experiences for employees and guests alike. Your ability to blend luxury hospitality with an efficient operational approach will enable seamless event experiences that reflect Stand Together’s values and commitment to excellence.
This position is on-site Monday through Friday in our Ballston HQ and will require flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
