Our Team - Sam's Club E2E SRE Team

Our team actively monitoring and maintaining the functionality of a SAMS Ecommerce site and Sams Scan and Go application. Quickly resolving technical issues that arise in the live production environment, ensuring seamless customer experience, and collaborating with development teams to identify and implement improvements, often requiring a strong understanding of the ecommerce platform and technical troubleshooting skills. Works on member complaints that comes via call center team.

What you'll do:

  • Incident management - Troubleshooting, debugging, and support all member technical issues.
  • Utilize analytical skills to analyse logs and provide root cause analysis for incidents.
  • Perform real-time monitoring and system performance analysis using tools such as Grafana, Open Observe, Splunk, and App insights.
  • Proactive monitoring with alerts
  • Ensuring that services are restored quickly when problems occur
  • Automate the repeated tasks
  • Maintain and enhance the existing bots to perform the support tasks
  • Manage and document incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.


What you'll bring:

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Java, JSP and Azure platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in log analysis and debugging.
  • Knowledge of application architecture and understanding of how its components interact.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience in production support or application support roles.
  • Expertise in using Grafana, Open Observe, Splunk, and Dynatrace for monitoring, reporting, and alerting.
  • Familiarity with incident management and documentation using Jira and ServiceNow.
