Requirements and Nature of Work:

Requirements:

  • The TA must have a completed a BSc in biomolecular sciences, biochemistry, or related field, and must have exceptional, proven science communication skills in written and spoken French and English.

  • The candidate must be fully fluent in French (can write, read, speak fluently in French).

Nature of Work:

  • The TA will be responsible for marking/evaluating student assignments in French and English (i.e. written and/or verbal feedback).

  • The TA may be asked to provide students with verbal and/or written clarification on course concepts/assignments in French or English.

  • The TA will be responsible for corresponding with instructors in written and spoken English and for completing tasks by assigned deadlines.
