Medical Genetics and Genomics

Our medical genetics team is made up of geneticists and genetic counselors who offer up-to-date testing, diagnosis, and recurrence risk counseling to both pediatric and adult patients seeking care. Our goal is to try to help discover the underlying genetic cause of a condition, provide risk assessments, provide support and resources, and discuss medical management options for our patient population.

About Outpatient Clinics 

Corewell Health operates over three hundred outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over forty distinct types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to gain experience and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. 

Scope of work

Responsible for the structure and daily operation of assigned physician practice site(s), managing and collaborating with the staff, providers and other departments and professionals. Manages the efficient and productive operations of the site with a focus on quality and customer service.


 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
  • Skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through 2+ years of related health care / medical practice or related work experience Required.
  • 1 year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience Preferred.
