Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and driving its success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective business solutions. - Lead the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives. - Identify and analyze business opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing financial systems and processes. - Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights and recommendations. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based in Noida. - An MBA in Finance or CA is required.
