The role is required to fulfill Account PMO Lead role. The role is focusing on account operational oversight, governance, team leadership, and process improvement. This role is a combination of CPMO and Delivery PMO Lead role. Here's a summary of what is expected from the role: Governance and Reporting: prepare and coordinate regular account governance materials for the ACN account leadership team and the Client, covering resourcing, commercials, delivery, risks/issues/actions and other updates. Team Leadership and Oversight: supervise and oversee Account PMO activities, managing a team of 3 junior PMO members (resource management and CDP, commercials, pipeline management), collaborate with CFM and CM team. Oversee onboarding, contracting, and offboarding processes, resolving challenges in collaboration with Accenture delivery teams and Client. Provide delivery, resourcing, and commercial support at the program level as requested by leadership. Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes and utilizing delivery tooling. This role demands a combination of strategic oversight, having a broad picture of the account processes and how one area impacts or relates to another, operational execution, and leadership skills and ability to comfortably collaborate with and report to Client Account Lead and other senior members of the account to ensure smooth delivery and governance across the account. Summary: Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
