Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Knowledge or experience in IT infrastructure, IT Service management
• PMP certification and M&A experience are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issues
• Provide strategic guidance for IT integration on behalf of the project sponsor
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, following the GTO M&A Integration Framework
• Collaborate with internal and acquiredCo stakeholders, sometimes including vendors
• Lead cross-functional teams and set clear project direction
• Monitor project budgets and control expenditures
• Coordinate with global and local business and technical teams
• Motivate and manage project teams to ensure timely task completion
• Report on project progress, including timelines, risks, and issues
• Escalate critical risks and issues to leadership in a timely manner
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
• Oversee change management processes
