Influencer Engagement

Actively plan and engage in the influencer connects to increase the Influencer database, through

Complete ownership of Influencers and influencer related activities in the identified Markets.

Conduct Influencer Meets to make Ashirvad as preferred brand in close working with sales team which shall include product launch, influencer training etc)

Onboard valid influencers to company to increase the influencer base in the assigned territory

Build and have a strong Plumber connect in the assigned territory to drive Brand preference and Business Close watch on Market trends and keen eyes for Market insights on periodic basis on the Products, competition schemes, brand campaigns and other sales drives in the assigned markets. Conduct product/brand surveys as and when planned by company Own the market in driving the Brand visibility through Retail branding, BTL initiatives, regional ATL campaigns to build brand preference. (must have knowledge of Marketing elements, Materials, specification, printing/execution knowledge and should have handled local BTL activities earlier) Plan and Drive the merchandising roll outs as and when required as per business requirements Align with Product managers in conducting product trials for new product/concept with the plumbers, contractors in close co-ordination with regional and zonal heads. Own and execute the business exhibitions, dealer/Distributor meet, Launch activity and other supports as per the business requirements Continuous lead generation through various activities willingness to travel in the assigned territory to achieve the business objective

Candidate Profile:

Proactive, highly active, a go-getter and result oriented Good and seasoned in collaborative and cross functional working Education/work experience:

AMM: Diploma in engg (any stream) / Bachelor of Science / ITI(any stream) MBA is added advantage with 3-5 yrs of working experience - (on-roll, off-roll both ok), Sales, Market development, Branding and Visibility profiles.
