This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Your Role:

  • Support business improvement initiatives primarily in the areas of Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, and Record‑to‑Report, with a focus on process automation and management reporting.
  • Support business improvement opportunities by mapping processes, reviewing, downloading, cleaning, transforming, and modeling data in order to uncover insights, propose conclusions, and support decision‑making.
  • Participate in project execution and follow‑up activities.
  • Support GBS reporting by recommending improvements and redesigns — including delivery of regular reports, ad‑hoc analyses, and the creation of new reporting sets tailored to stakeholder needs and end‑to‑end process visibility.
  • Optimize GBS reporting methods and tools to enhance usability and support effective business decision‑making.
  • Execute GBS automation initiatives by partnering with Operations teams on process mapping, waste identification, standardization opportunities, and supporting them through process automation solutions.
  • Support FP&A processes through retrospective and predictive analysis.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong dashboard design and data visualization skills.
  • Experience with analytical tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to translate business needs into KPIs and technical requirements.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, good communication, and willingness to learn.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Advanced Power BI (DAX, data modeling, optimization).
  • SQL and Power Query.
  • PowerPoint storytelling and strong presentation skills.
  • Power Apps, VBA, Python.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and basic finance principles.
