The Director of Digital Growth is a strategic leader responsible for driving the company's digital growth through innovative and results-oriented initiatives. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the company's digital presence, improve customer experience, and drive opportunities to increase sales through digital strategies.

Also, the Director of Digital Growth plays a crucial role in the company's digital success, leading initiatives that enhance online presence and drive sales. This professional must combine technical and leadership skills to develop effective strategies and achieve exceptional results.

About the role

  • Strategy Development:
    • Create and implement digital growth strategies that increase user engagement and drive sales.
    • Analyze the market and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and develop the digital marketing and sales team, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance.
  • Sales Optimization:
    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns focused on sales conversion.
    • Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media tools and techniques to drive traffic and online sales.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Use data analysis to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations:
    • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with other companies, influencers, and digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as IT, sales, and customer service to ensure an integrated approach.
  • Product management
    • Collaborate with the product teams focusing in the process to capture online opportunities.

About You

  • Essential Skills and Experience for the role of Director, Digital Growth:
  • Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or ERP companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy, Engineering or related fields.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing, Business Management, related areas focused on business growth is highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge in data analysis and metrics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and CRM tools (SalesForce, Infobip…). Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus."
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proven experience working in large, complex, global organization
  • Demonstrated experience in leading growth initiatives for international market
  • Proven experience in leadership positions in digital marketing and sales, preferably in fast-growing sectors.
  • Track record of successfully driving digital growth and increasing online sales.
  • A team player who can effectively influence and develop relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Required Skills:
    1) Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
    2) Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, promoting a productive and innovative work environment.
    3) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and strategies clearly.
    4) Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM, and social media platforms.
    5) Results Orientation: Focus on achieving and exceeding sales and digital growth targets.
    6) Creativity: Ability to develop innovative campaigns that stand out in the market.
    4)Adaptability: Flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in the digital market and consumer trends.
