Business System and Process Manager

Description -

What a Business Planning Manager does at HP:

  • Design and implement straightforward systems and processes for Pan-Print Product Lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain simple yet effective program management tools to support established program management practices.
  • Support change management efforts with a user-centric mindset.
  • Lead and execute process improvement projects through cross-functional collaboration and resilience, ensuring continuous adaptation and growth.
  • Work with various teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical, automated solutions where possible.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of tools and processes and make necessary adjustments.


Education & Experience Recommended:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, program management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge in tool/process roll-out is a must have and product development lifecycle experience is a good to have.


Preferred Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
